The fact that education is to sustain human subjectivity, give lives values and a basic approach to realizing the values of human life can be found by examining the relationship between education and humans from the perspective that humans are value existence. It is the education that enables humans to leap from animal existence to humanity life, keeps humans from animals, establishes humans subjectivity, seeks life values, gives things related to humans meaning, avoids the nothingness of life, enables humans to obtain rationality, follows and practices “scale” and lives up to “ Take Ego as the Scale, Also All Things as Measure”. Just in this sense education becomes the most conscious humans spirit activity.%从人是价值存在的角度去考察教育与人的关系可以发现，教育就是保持人的主体性，赋予人生价值意义并实现人生价值的基本手段。正是教育使人能够将动物性的生存提升为人文性的生活，保持人与动物的距离，确立人的主体地位；使人积极追寻人生的价值，赋予与人有关的事物以意义，避免生命的虚无化；使人获得理性，遵循并运用“度”，做到“以己为尺度，也以万物为尺度”。教育也正是在这个意义上成为人类最为自觉的精神活动。
