摘要

The case that Sany Group sued Obama wins a good voice abroad for Chinese enterprise which is praised as proud“reversion”of reputation .People may doubt whether the reputation is an accidental case under the particular environment or is a case template that at least you can copy .We must admit that the case has its specific particularity ,and it is impossible to copy mechanically .But ,through careful analysis ,there is the essence under the case with a lot of lessons to be drawn from the demonstration effect and promotion value ,for example:never be successful if no try ;know yourself and know your enemy ,you will win every war ;if necessary ,we still need to deal with a man as he deals with you ;no past does not mean no future ,and we can build brand and image through the discourse power ;rally all levels of attention and support at the same time ,and use team operating and resource sharing maximize interests abroad .%三一集团起诉奥巴马案例为中国企业在海外赢得发言权。业内誉之“翻天逆转”,人们或许疑问这个“翻天逆转”究竟是特定环境下的一个偶然的个案,还是一个可以复制的样本或者起码的案例模板。我们必须承认,该案例有其具体的诸多特殊性,机械地复制是不可能的。但是,综观全程且冷静分析,表象后面的精髓仍具备许多值得借鉴的示范效应与推广价值。其中包括不断尝试才会有成功;知己知彼才能百战不殆;必要时我们还需以其人之道还治其人之身;没有过往也不代表没有未来,我们可以通过把控话语权树立品牌与形象;同时争取各层次的关注和支持,利用团队作战与资源共享实现海外利益最大化。
