我国旅游服务贸易发展的新趋势、新问题及对策研究--基于2005-2014年数据的分析

         

摘要

China's tourism service trade assumes a growing trend in recent years. Firstly, the international competitiveness continues to decline, losing comparative advantage. Secondly, the tourism service trade deficit began to appear in 2009, and showed a trend of expansion. Thirdly, inbound tourism demand grows slowly. Fourthly, outbound tourism continues to boom, showing no signs of slowing down. Considering the situations, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:RMB should be moderately devaluated to stimulate tourism demand we should protect the environment and establish a warning system of tourism to guide tourists’choice of travel time and destination; tourism enterprises should adopt the “going-out”strategy, participating in international competition. Finally, we should have a positive and open attitude towards outbound tourism. Tourism service trade deficit is common in the leading economies of the world. On the other hand, outbound tourism, as an investment of Chinese citizens on their own, will improve the quality of Chinese citizens, indirectly promoting Chinese economic development.%近年来我国旅游服务贸易出现了新情况。首先,旅游服务贸易国际竞争力持续下降,失去比较优势;其次,2009年开始出现旅游服务贸易逆差,并呈扩大趋势;第三,入境旅游需求增长乏力;第四,出境旅游持续火爆,增长势头未出现减缓迹象。对此提出:人民币应适度贬值刺激需求;要加强环境保护建设,并建立旅游预警系统,指导游客出游时间、出游目的地的选择;旅游企业要实施走去战略,参与国际竞争。最后对于出境旅游要持积极开放的态度,在世界主要经济体国家中旅游服务贸易逆差普遍存在,且出境旅游将会使国民素质得到提高,是公民对自身人力资本的投资,可间接促进经济发展。
