Interviews ,literature study and case analysis were adopted to analyze the governance of non-governmental sports organizations .It was found that the friendly development goals ,the strict self-discipline and supervision ,the operation model under interaction ritual chain of the non-governmental sport organizations could avoid "market failure" ,"govern-ment failure" and"contract failure" and other challenges .The building of non-governmental sport organization under in-teractive ritual chain required costs .The involvement of different costs could affect the formation of"ritual energy flow" . Moreover ,emotion was the key to the benevolent operation of non-governmental sport organizations .%运用访谈法、文献分析法、个案解剖法和仪式分析法对民间体育组织治理进行理论分析和模型分析.民间体育组织有亲和力的发展目标、严格的自律与监管和互动仪式链模型下的治理方式 ,能够解决民间体育组织的"市场失灵""政府失灵"和"契约失灵"等发展难题.民间体育组织治理的互动仪式链模型建立是需要能量成本的 ,不同能量成本的注入能够影响"仪式能量流"的形成 ,而情感能量成本的注入是民间体育组织良性运行的关键.
