With adoption of statistics of China's sports related industries from 2006 to 2012 and statistics related to sports obtained from the Second Chinese Economic Census ,this paper studied the present condition and the problems of the own-ership system ,industry structure ,levels of hierarchy ,regional structure and market structure .Countermeasures for opti-mizing the sports industry structure are put forth with regard to the transformation of the governmental functions ,carry-ing out of the reform ,quickening of the service industry ,upgrading of the industry ,realization of coordinative regional development ,standardization of the industry and motivation of the market energy .%运用2006-2012年全国体育及相关产业统计数据资料、2008年第二次经济普查数据库中剥离的体育及相关产业统计数据资料，对我国体育产业所有制结构、行业结构、层次结构、区域结构、市场结构等方面的现状和不足进行分析。在此基础上提出了通过转变政府职能、释放改革活力，加快服务业发展、引领产业升级，优化产业布局、实现区域协调发展，加强行业规范化、激发市场动力等进一步优化我国体育产业结构的策略。
