浆态床低压甲醇合成反应器的数模分析与设计(II)——主要参数对反应过程的影响及设计要素

         

摘要

Influence of main factors on methanol synthesis process was analyzed based on the discussion in the former paper. The modeling results show that relations between temperature and synthesis process are more complicated than other factors, because apart from reaction dynamics, temperature also affect solubilites of various components in inert liquid, especially ratios of hydrogen to carbon and how temperature acts on synthesis process depends on system pressure. The results also show that effects of pressure and mass space velocity on synthesis process follow the general laws of liquid reaction. Besides, major design parameters for bubble slurry reactor were analyzed and the discussion in this paper was paid attention on the principles to determine heighttodiameter ratio of reactor.%在前文的基础上进一步分析了主要操作参数对甲醇合成过程的影响.结果表明,温度对合成过程的影响较为复杂,它除了影响反应动力学外,还会对各组分在液相中的溶解度,特别是氢碳比产生影响,此外,温度的作用规律还与合成压力有关.压力及质量空速对合成过程的作用遵循液相反应过程的一般规律.文中还分析了浆态床反应器的设计要素,并着重讨论了反应器高径比确定原则.
