制度建设在反腐倡廉工作中具有根本性、长期性、稳定性和连续性。党务公开是发展党内民主、强化对党内权力制约和监督的重要举措,也是反腐倡廉制度建设中的重要举措。党务公开的推行需要一套完善的工作机制为其提供组织保障、制度支持和程序规范。分析党务公开的涵义,探索党务公开在高校反腐倡廉中的工作机制。%Construction of systems has its natures of foundation,time-lasting,steadiness and continuousness.Publicity of party affairs is not only an important measure to develop democracy beneath the Party and enforce Party's power control and supervision but also an important measure to fight corruption and advocate honesty.The implementation of publicity of party affairs requires a well-established mechanism to assure its organization,support its system and standardize its process.This paper analyzes the connotation of publicity of party affairs and explores a working mechanism for publicity of party affairs to fight corruption and advocate honesty in universities.
