目的 研究芎麻汤不同提取物对硝酸甘油偏头痛模型大鼠血浆中一氧化氮(NO)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、五羟色胺(5-HT)、内皮素(ET)含量的影响.方法 110只雌雄各半的SD大鼠随机分为11组,分别为空白组、模型组、挥发油组、石油醚提取物组、乙酸乙酯提取物组、正丁醇提取物组、乙酸乙酯加正丁醇提取物组、萃取后剩余水液组、水提醇沉组、水提液组、布洛芬组.采用大鼠皮下注射(10 mg/kg)硝酸甘油致偏头痛模型,给药后测定各组大鼠血浆中NO、CGRP、5-HT、ET的含量.结果 与模型组比较,水提液组、乙酸乙酯组、乙酸乙酯加正丁醇组大鼠血浆中NO、CGRP、5-HT、ET含量降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,水提醇沉组CGRP、5-HT含量降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,正丁醇组NO、CGRP、5-HT含量降低(P<0.05).结论 芎麻汤各提取物对偏头痛大鼠模型有一定的治疗作用.%Objective To study the effects of different extracts of Xiongma decoction on plasma nitrogen dioxide (NO), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and endothelin (ET) in nitroglycerin-induced migraine models in rats. Methods Totally 110 SD rats (55 males and 55 females) were randomly divided into 11 groups: blank group, model group, volatile oil group, petroleum ether extract group, ethyl acetate extract group, n-butyl alcohol extract group, ethyl acetate extract plus n-butyl alcohol extract group, surplus liquid water after extract group, water alcohol sink group, Xiongma decoction extract group, and ibuprofen group. The migraine models were induced by injecting 10 mg/kg nitroglycerin into the rats to observe the effects of different extracts of Xiongma decoction on levels of plasma NO, CGRP, 5-HT and ET. Results Serum NO, CGRP, 5-HT and ET levels were significantly decreased in Xiongma decoction extract group, ethyl acetate extract group, and ethyl acetate extract plus n-butyl alcohol extract group compared with model group (P<0.05). CGRP and 5-HT levels were decreased in water alcohol sink group compared with model group (P<0.05). NO, CGRP and 5-HT levels were decreased in n-butyl alcohol extract group compared with model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Different extracts of Xiongma decoction have a certain therapeutic effect on nitroglycerin-induced migraine models in rats.
