It is an important task of higher learning development in China to build a talent nur‐turing platform by integrating all resources available .Relying on the discipline group speciali‐zing in art and design ,XPU built a creative fashion culture center ,meeting the demands of fashion culture development .The center carries four platforms and achieves fourfunctions .It offers a good platform for such talents in creative fashion as excellent designers ,w hich ,to‐gether with laboratories and engineering training center , establishes a three platform mode based on innovative practices .%统筹内外部资源构建人才培养综合平台是当前高校发展的重要任务。西安工程大学依托学校设计艺术特色优势学科群的基础，对接时尚创意文化发展的要求，构建的时尚文化创意中心（产业园）承载了创意基础、艺术设计等四大平台，实现文化传播、成果转化等四大功能。为以卓越设计师为代表的时尚创意人才培养提供良好的平台，与学校基础公共实验室、工程训练中心共同组成学校人才培养的三大创新实践教育平台。
