通过对喷气织机主喷嘴现状的分析提出了应用CFD的思路.应用NUMECA软件进行主喷嘴内部流场数值模拟,揭示了导纱管内不同截面上气流速度的分布,并对主喷嘴内部气流的轴向动压和马赫数分布进行了分析.结果表明,利用数值模拟研究主喷嘴流场特性方便、快捷,且精度也较高.%Based on the current analysis status of main nozzle in air-jet loom, the idea of CFD application are put forward. The software of NUMECA is applied to simulate the flow inside of the main nozzle. The airflow velocity distribution in different cross-section of thread tube is also revealed, and the axial dynamic pressure and Mach number of air current inside of the main nozzle are analyzed. The result shows that the method of numerical simulation applied to research flow field inside of the main nozzles is convenient, rapid and high-accuracy.
