水灰比对裂缝钢筋与混凝土粘结性能的影响

         

摘要

针对大气环境和氯盐侵蚀环境中带预制裂缝钢筋与混凝土粘结滑移性能进行研究。通过实验室模拟亚热带沿海地区工作环境,对具有不同水灰比带初始裂缝梁试件,经海水浸泡180 d干湿循环或大气环境180 d作用下,着重研究水灰比对钢筋与混凝土之间粘结性能影响。结果表明:在海水腐蚀环境下峰值滑移,随着水灰比减小而减小;在大气环境下,峰值滑移随着水灰比变化规律不明显。极限粘结应力随着水灰比减小而增大。%The bond slip property between steel bar and concrete with initial crack in the atmospheric or chlorine salt erosion was studied in this paper. By laboratory simulated subtropical coastal working environment, the beam specimens with different water-cement ratios in 180 d seawater immersion and dry cycle or in 180 d atmospheric environment were researched focusing on the effect of water-cement ratio on bond performance between steel bar and concrete. The results show that the peak slip decreases with the decrease of water-cement ratio in the seawater corrosion environment, and makes no obvious changes in atmospheric conditions;and the ultimate bond stress increases with the decrease of water-cement ratio.
