高压断路器合(分)闸线圈电流在线监测系统的研制

         

摘要

Presented in this paper is the design of an online monitoring system for coil current of high voltage circuit breaker based on TMS320 C28346 , aiming to discover faults of high voltage circuit breaker in time and improve operational reliability. With TMS320C28346 at the core of control, the design used AD7606 to acquire the real-time data of coil current and used envelope average method to filter noise and interference signals. It then extracted the key time and maximum value of the current waves, and calculated the closing-opening time and the maximum value to judge whether the breaker was at fault while the online-monitoring results were displayed on LCD screen. Experimental results show that the design is capable of real-time monitoring of closing/opening coil current of high voltage circuit breaker and of timely detection of failure and achieves good real-time performance and accuracy, with the maximum error of closing coil current standing around 1. 29%, closing time error around 0. 26%, the maximum error of opening coil current around 1. 61% and opening time error around 0. 7%.%针对目前高压断路器在线监测系统的研究现状与不足,为及时发现运行中的高压断路器故障,提高运行可靠性,提出了一种基于DSP的高压断路器合(分)闸线圈电流在线监测系统的设计方案.该方案以TMS320C28346为系统控制核心,利用AD7606实时采集断路器合(分)闸线圈电流信号,采用包络均值法去除波形中的噪声和干扰,提取线圈电流波形中的关键时间点和电流最大值,计算合(分)闸时间,根据电流最大值与合(分)闸时间是否在正常范围内进行故障判断,并将电流最大值、合(分)闸时间、日期和运行状态显示在LCD上.实验结果证明,该方案可实现断路器合(分)闸线圈电流的实时监测,可及时发现故障,具有实时性能好、精度高等优点,合闸线圈电流最大值误差在1.29%,合闸时间误差在0.26%;分闸线圈电流最大值误差在1.61%,分闸时间误差在0.7%.
