From the changing public-private concept,this paper analyzes the background and conditions of public-private partnership of Chinese socialism to bring home its development and contents and help to shape a correct public-private partnership concept.It is concluded that public-private partnership of Chinese socialism was born on historical and contemporary backgrounds and conditions.It is the result of the inheritance of the positive factors and discard of negative factors of the traditional Chinese public-private concept,and of the reflectiors in its rapid change roughly from 1950s to 1980s.It has developed on the public-private views of the classical Marxist writers and on the reflections of the rural economic system reform in the early 1980s.%从公私观念变革的视角,梳理中国特色社会主义公私观的演进历程,分析其产生的背景与条件,以利于人们进一步深刻认识和把握中国特色社会主义的发展历程及丰富的理论内涵,树立科学的社会主义公私观。中国特色社会主义公私观的产生有着深刻的历史与现实、理论与实践的背景与条件：它既来自对我国传统公私观的批判和扬弃,又来自对建国后头30年公私观嬗变的反思和探索;既来自对马克思主义经典作家公私观的继承和发展,又来自改革开放初期对农村经济体制改革实践经验的深刻总结。
