In order to improve the measure precision of linear CCD , this paper proposes a precision measuring instrument with STM32 as the core controller design scheme .The linear CCD drive is realized by programming with STM 32.The special AD9826 chip is used for the noise processing and analog-to-digital conversion of CCD output signal which has relevant sampling and other special function.The paper describes CCD drive , relevant sampling technology , noise, sub-pixel positioning of the segmentation algorithm and key technology etc .This greatly simplifies the design of such instrument hardware and achieves debuging the control parameters and the implementation of complex segmentation calculation .%为提高线阵CCD的测量精度,提出了一种以STM32为核心控制器的尺寸测量系统。采用STM32编程实现对线阵CCD的驱动,利用视频专用AD9826芯片中的相关采样等特殊功能实现对CCD输出信号的噪声处理和模数转换。文章详细阐述了系统中CCD驱动、抑制噪声的相关采样、亚像素定位的细分算法等关键技术的实现原理。该设计既简化了此类系统的硬件设计又便于调试控制参数、实现复杂的细分运算。
