单臂热电元件的电性能测试方法比较研究

         

摘要

The low-power thermoelectric component with single-arm is a transition component between thermoelectric materials and devices. The properties of both thermoelectric materials and devices can be characterized by those of the transition component. In this paper, the measuring method for the electrical properties of the thermoelectric component is studied at simulation working conditions. The thermoelectric properties of an N type Ca0.9Ce0.1 MnO3 component with single arm are measured by using voltammetery method, improved constant-current source method and standard resistance method respectively. The test results show that the improved constantcurrent source method has high measurement precision when the temperature difference is small; the voltammetery method can be used for higher output power occasion while the standard resistance method with high precision and efficiency is almost no limit for the output power measuring of thermoelectric component, and can be used for commercial measurement.%在模拟工况下研究了小功率单臂热电元件的电性能测试方法,分别采用改进恒流源法、伏安法和标准电阻法对N型Ca0.9Ce0.1MnO3单臂热电元件进行了测试分析.结果表明:当温差较小时,改进恒流源法能够精确测量热电元件的性能;伏安法适合较大输出功率的测试场合;标准电阻法的适用范围较广,几乎不受元件输出功率限制且具有较高的测试精度和测试效率,可用于商业测试.
