复合盐胁迫对4个番茄品种种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

用NaCl、Na2CO3、Na2SO4按1∶1∶1的质量比例配置成复合盐,分别以0.10%、0.20%、0.30%、0.40%的复合盐浓度处理粉红佳宝、园丽、金棚1号、菲尼克斯4个品种番茄种子,以探索4个番茄品种种子在盐胁迫下萌发及幼苗生长情况.盐胁迫处理20 d后测定结果表明,4个品种番茄种子在萌发期间具有一定的耐盐性.0.10%复合盐处理对4个品种番茄种子萌发影响不显著(P>0.05),但可诱导番茄幼苗超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性升高及种子萌发势下降,且随着胁迫程度的加剧效果越明显,相对盐害率升高,番茄品种菲尼克斯的各项指标都低于其他品种,耐盐性表现较差.%Using NaCl, Na2CO3, Na2SO4 according to 1∶1∶1 mass ratio to configure compound salt, and with 0.10%,0.20%, 0.30% and 0.4% compound salt concentrations to treat the four varieties of tomato seeds:Pink Jiabao,Yuanli,Jinpeng No.1 and Phoenix in the hope of exploring the germination and the seedling growth of these varieties.After 20 d treatment, the results showed that the tomato seeds of the 4 varieties had certain salt tolerance during germination.0.10% compound salt treatment had no significant effect on seed germination of tomato (P>0.05), but induced the increase of the activity of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase and at the same, it led to the decline of the seed germination.With the aggravation of stress,the effect was more obvious,and the relative salt damage rate was going to rise.Other physiological indicators of the variety Phoenix were lower than those of other varieties and the salt tolerance was poor.
