施氮量对不同品质类型春小麦产量和加工品质的影响

         

摘要

The objective of this paper was to investigate the effect of applying nitroge fertilizer 225 kg/hm2 (N1) applying nitrogen 450 kg/hm2 (N2) and no applying nitrogen fertilizer (N0) or grain yield and processing quality of different spring wheat genotype under the field test conditions.The result showed that the wheat emergence was the highest under N1 level,but wheat wmergence with N2 level decreased on the contrary.Xinchun 27 and Y20 production showed N1>N0>N2,Xinchun 6 for N1>N2>N0.The three varieties actual production with nitrogen fertilizer processing 225 kg/hm2 were maximum,including the Xinchun 6>Xinchun 27>Y20.Appropriate adding nitrogen fertilizer helps improve sedimentation value,wet gluten content and dough development time increases with the increase of the amount of nitrogen.Strong gluten and gluten wheat in a higher degree of softening was in the high nitrogen level.The dough extension of degree in N2 treatment had Significant difference,Nitrogen application rate on silty and tensile parameters is less than its varieties.Based on the characteristics and rational fertilization in field production wheat production and improve quality were increased.%在大田试验条件下,研究了不施氮肥(N0)、施纯氮225 kg/hm2 (N1)、施纯氮450 kg/hm2 (N2)三个水平下,氮肥用量对不同品质类型春小麦产量和加工品质的影响.结果表明,3个春小麦品种(新春6号、新春27号、Y20)均在N1水平下出苗最大,高氮水平下出苗反而下降.新春27号和Y20产量均表现为N1>N0 >N2;新春6号为N1>N2>N0,3个品种实际产量均在225 kg/hm2施氮水平下达到最大,其中新春6号>新春27号>Y20.适当增施氮肥有助于沉降值的提高,湿面筋含量和面团形成时间随着施氮量的增加而增加.在高氮水平下强筋和中强筋小麦的软化度较高.在N2处理下面团延伸度与N0和N1呈显著差异,施氮量对粉质和拉伸参数的影响小于品种对其的影响,在大田生产中根据品种特性和合理施肥方式来提高小麦产量和改善品质.
