风力发电机旋转叶轮模态分析

         

摘要

在多体动力学理论的基础上,基于有限元法对叶片进行离散化,建立了风力发电机柔性叶片的动力学方程;通过Matlab软件对某1.5 MW风力发电机单个叶片和整个叶轮模态进行仿真分析,得到了单个叶片和整个叶轮的前几阶固有频率和固有振型,对结果进行了分析.仿真结果表明,叶轮耦合效应会产生动力刚化效应,并将其与Bladed软件计算结果进行了比较,结果比较接近.%This paper is aimed to present the natural frequency and mode shape of the rotating rotor. Based on the multi-body dynamics?on account of finite element method blade about discretization,the dynamics equation of the flexible blade of the wind generator was developed; the simulation analysis was conducted on the single blade and the of the whole 1. 5 MW wind generater rotor by Matlab software,the former natural frequency and mode shape of the single blade and the whole rotor were figured out,whose results were analyzed. The simulation results indicated that the coupling effect of the rotor can lead to dynamic stiffening,and the comparison of these results showed that there was little difference between these two.
