Objective To analysis of application effects of individualized nursing care in the childbearing age women with syphilis.Methods Selected 60 cases of childbearing age women patients with syphilis seeing doctors in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from Feb.2014 to Feb.2016,and divided them into outpatient group and sickroom group,30 cases in each group.The general nursing way was used in the outpatient group,and the individualized nursing intervention was used in the sickroom group.Then analyzed the clinical nursing effects of the two groups in aspects of nursing technology,serv-ice to inform,basic nursing and health education.Results After nursing,the score of the syphilis patients with SAS and SDS in the sickroom group was obviously lower than the outpatient group′s (P<0.05);the satisfaction on nursing in the sickroom was obviously higher than the outpatient group′s (P <0.05).Con-clusion According to the results about the psychological nursing on the childbearing women patients with syphilis,it can improve the satisfaction of patients,and it also has clinical application value.%目的：分析个性化护理在育龄期女性梅毒患者的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月－2016年2月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院就诊的育龄期梅毒患者60例，分为门诊组和病房组，每组30例，门诊组患者使用常规护理方式，病房组则采用个性化护理干预，从护理技术、服务告知、基础护理、健康教育进行比较，分析两组患者临床护理效果。结果经护理后，病房组梅毒患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）以及抑郁自评量表（SDS）的评分明显比门诊组低（P ＜0．05）；病房组护理满意度较门诊组高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论针对育龄期女性梅毒患者的心理情况进行护理，可以提高患者满意度，具有临床应用价值。
