目的：探讨应用医学伦理学基本原则对超声介入患者满意度的影响。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院259例患者在操作细节上根据运用和未运用医学伦理学基本原则将进行超声介入的患者分为干预组和对照组，比较两组患者超声介入患者的满意度。结果两组患者操作规范性、定位准确性差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；两组患者熟悉程度、服务态度、满足临床工作、安排是否及时的差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），干预组患者整体满意度高于对照组患者（P ＜0．05）。结论医学伦理基本原则在介入超声中的运用可改善医患关系，提高患者满意度，避免医患纠纷。%Objective Discuss the influence of application of medical ethics basic principles on the ultrasound patients satisfaction.Methods According to the using or not using the basic principle of medical ethics on the ultrasonic intervention operation to the patients,the patients were divided into inter-vention group and control group.Two groups patients′satisfaction were compared.Results Standardiza-tion of operation,the positioning accuracy between the two groups of patients were not statistically signifi-cant (P >0.05).The patients′familiarity,service attitude,whether meet the clinical work,arrangemeng timely between two groups had statistically significant difference (P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction of intervention group were higher than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Application of basic principle of medical ethics in administration of interventional ultrasound operating can improve the rela-tionship of doctor and patient,improve patient satisfaction and avoid medical disputes.
