目的:优选丹苓颗粒的最佳水提工艺。方法采用单因素结合 L9(34)正交实验设计对水提倍量、提取次数、提取时间等因素进行考察,以丹参丹酚酸B的含量和水浸膏得率指标为综合评价指标,筛选出最佳水提工艺条件。结果9倍量水、回流提取2次、每次提取1h的丹苓颗粒水提工艺最佳。结论该工艺简便、快捷、稳定,可为生产提供理论依据。%Objective To optimize the water extraction conditions of DanLin GranuLes.Methods The ex-traction conditions were optimized by orthogonal tests with the extract yield and Salvianolic acid B as inde-xes,and water volume,extracting times and extracting duration as factors.Results The optimum extrac-tion process was as follows:adding 9 times water and extracting 1 h for 2 times.Conclusion The optimum extraction process is reasonable,feasible,and suitable for industrialized production.
