2种口腔常见菌在3种RPD常用基托材料表面粘附性能的比较

         

摘要

Objective To compare with adhesive capability of 2 oral common bacteria on the surface of 3 types of base materials at the earlier RPD restoration.Methods Manufactured uniform test specimens for pure titanium,cobalt chromium (Co-Cr)alloy and resin denture base,and then put them into CDC anae-robic culture medium containing Streptococcus mutans and Sabourauad culture medium containing Candida albicans ,after 6 h,12 h and 24 h,quantitatively detected and compared the adhesive quantities on the surface of the materials respectively.Results Streptococcus M.could be detected out from the 3 denture bases after 6 h,especially bacterial colonies were the most at 24 h,while Candida A.could not be detected out from the 3 denture bases at 24 h,and also bacterial colonies were the most at 24 h.The se-quence of the adhesive capability of the 2 bacteria on the surface of the 3 denture bases were:pure titanium denture
