媒体融合环境下新疆形象传播策略初探

         

摘要

媒体融合环境中,新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府作为新疆形象的传播主体,立足于新疆社会建设与发展实际,在国家的国际战略及外交政策的指导下,建立政策保障、经济保障、技术保障、人才建设机制与沟通、协调、激励机制,有效整合传播媒介;在主动传播新疆形象的过程中,对外来敌意的信息组织实施反传播,从而及时、有效地保证了新疆形象的传播预期。%Under the circumstances of media convergence, as the main communicating image in Xinjiang, the people' s gov- ernment of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, based on the reality of social construction and development in Xinjiang, under the guidance of the China' s international strategy and foreign policy, establishes services of policy guarantee, economic security and technical support, and personnel development, communication, coordination and incentives mechanism to integrate the media effectively. And what' s more, in the process of active spreading Xinjiang image, counter - communicating is employed to handle foreign hostile information to ensure the communication expectations of Xinjiang image in a timely and effective manner.
