Objective By analyzing the chromosome karyotype of 727 patients with infertility,and the relationship between chromosome abnormality and infertility was explored. Methods The peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured, and chromosome karyotype was analyzed after conventional G-banding. Results There were 39 abnormal cases in 727 inspected cases,accounting to 5.36%. There were 16 euchromosome abnormal cases,22 heterosome cases and 1 hermaphroditism cases among the 39 cases, which relevance ratio was 41.03% ,56.41 % and 2.56% respectively. Conclusion Chromosome aberration is a non-ignorable factor contributing to infertility. Antenatal chromosome analysis among high risk group has positive influences on good prenatal and postnatal care.%目的 通过对豫北地区727例不孕不育患者进行染色体分析,探讨染色体异常与不良孕产之间的关系.方法 外周血淋巴细胞培养,常规G显带制片后进行染色体核型分析.结果 727例不孕不育患者中异常核型39例,异常检出率5.36％,其中常染色体异常16例,占41.03％;性染色体异常22例,占56.41％;两性畸形1例,占2.56％.结论染色体异常是导致不孕不育不可忽略的因素,在高危人群中进行产前染色体检查,对指导优生优育有积极的作用.
