高校体育课程教学内容的缺陷与重构——以化解大学生身体危机为视角

         

摘要

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以化解大学生身体危机为视角对我国高校体育课程教学内容的现状进行审视,找出其中缺陷,并提出重构方案.结果显示: 目前高校体育课程教学内容理论部分的缺陷是缺失自我健康管理、合理营养膳食和引导学生建立健康审美方面的内容; 在实践部分的缺陷是专项练习缺乏整体健康观以及过于强调运动技术教学; 在考核部分的缺陷是考核内容过于单一,未能充分发挥应有的杠杆撬动作用.最后根据以上问题提出了重构方案.%From the perspective of solving college students' body crisis, literature method and logical analysis method are used in this paper to examine the current situation of college physical education curriculum contents in China in order to find out the defects and put forward a reconstruction plan. The results show that: (1) the defects in the theoretical teaching of physical education in colleges lie in the lack of self-health management, nutritional meals and guidance to establish healthy aesthetic conception; (2) the defects in the practical teaching lie in the lack of a holistic health concept in special exercises as well as in the overemphasis on sports technology teaching; (3) the defects of examination lie in the monotonous testing contents which fail to give full play to the lever leveraging effect. At last, based on the above problems, a reconstruction plan is proposed.
