基于Hypermesh的某汽车发动机面罩的性能分析

         

摘要

为验证某款汽车发动机面罩的刚度、强度和模态是否满足设计要求,利用Hypermesh 软件对该发动机面罩进行有限元建模及刚度、强度和模态分析.通过分析发现,虽然发动机面罩刚度、强度满足性能要求,但其约束模态频率小于目标值,从而会产生较大的振动.因此采用在内板增设加强筋的方法对其进行结构改进,结果表明,改进措施可行.%In order to test whether the stiffness, strength and modality of a auto engine cover satisfy the design requirements, this paper makes the finite element modeling and analyzs the stiffness, strength and modality of the engine cover by Hypermesh. Through the analysis, this paper concludes that although the stiffness and strength of the engine cover meet the performance requirements, the constrained modal frequency is smaller than the target value, which will result in harder vibration.Therefore, we add stiffeners of the inner panel to improve its structure and the results show that it is feasible.
