从发火可靠性、抗水性能、装配等关键技术着手，研制出了一种安全可靠型起爆雷管，并与国内普遍使用的起爆雷管的延期时间、性能等方面进行比较，结果符合《民用爆炸物品行业技术进步的指导意见》（工信部安[2010]227号）的要求。%By improving the ignition reliability and water resistance , assembly work and some other key technology , we designed a safe and reliable type of detonator and compared the delay time , performance and other aspects of detonators which common at home and a -broad.The research result complies with the spirit of the Guidelines for Civil Explosives Industry Technology Progress issued by Ministry of Industry and Security ([2010] No.227) .
