当前高校学生就业竞争压力日益增加，越来越多的高校毕业生开始面对就业难的问题，尤以师范生为代表。通过调查问卷的方式对某师范院校的毕业生进行调查，分析和探讨了师范院校毕业生就业的影响因素，提出了应对师范生就业困难的解决措施，以提高师范类学生的就业率。%At present college students face the increasing employment competition pressure .More and more college graduates begin to face the difficulty of employment, typically represented by normal students .This paper investigated the graduates of a normal college with questionnaire, analyses and explores the factors influencing employment of normal college students and puts forward some sugges -tions to improve the employment rate.
