As one of the most important theory of cognitive linguistics, prototype theory gets more attention from scholars in recent years. The research firstly focuses on theoretical side. The scholars point out that prototype theory has a unique advantage in vocabulary teaching. In order to prove theoretically established results in practice, the authors conducted a teaching experiment based on the proto- type theory, and then analysed experimental results.%针对词汇教学的理论研究指出原型范畴理论在词汇教学中拥有独特的优越性,为了证明在理论上成立的结果在实践中是否有效,选取赣南师范学院大二两个班作为研究对象,进行了由原型范畴理论指导的教学实验,并对实验结果进行了分析。
