The high vocation college students＇career planning teaching is under exploration and has some problems, such as lack of career planning concept, insufficient ability of self - recognition and analysis of environment, unsatisfactory career planning teaching, lack of guide to the career planning, etc. Therefore, it is necessa- ry to strengthen the awareness of career planning, improve college students＇ self - recognition, quicken the building of curriculum sys- tem, construct the tutoring pattern and perfect the service mechanism and develon the teaching team.%大学阶段是个人职业生涯发展的重要阶段。高职大学生职业生涯规划教学还处于探索阶段，存在一些问题，如高职学生职业生涯规划观念淡薄、自我认识和环境分析能力不足、高校职业生涯规划教学亟待改进、职业生涯规划实践指导服务不到位等。为此，应强化职业生涯规划意识，提高大学生自我认知；加快课程体系建设，构建教学辅导模式；完善服务机构，打造教学师资队伍。
