企业员工“周期性退出”机制的构建

         

摘要

The mechanism of periodical lay-off of enterprise staffs is a kind mechanism of the survival of the fittest.The periodical law is the change of personnel with the periodical development of enterprise,whose aim is to achieve the perfect arrangement of talents and lay off disqualified personnel through periodical evaluation of employees and just competition so as to improve the whole efficiency of the enterprise and increase the enterprise vitality and promote the long development.It shows the principle of dynamic personnel management of enterprise,advocates the just competition and seeks economic efficiency,which also embodies the management consciousness of the survival of the fittest.%企业员工周期性退出机制是企业员工周期性的吐故纳新和优胜劣汰的一种机制。这种周期性规律是伴随企业生命周期发展的一种人事更迭,它以定期的员工考核为主要手段,通过岗位公平竞争、优胜劣汰,达到企业吐故纳新、人岗匹配的目标,以提高企业整体效益,增强企业活力,促进企业长远发展。它体现的是企业动态人事管理的原则,讲究公平竞争、寻求经济效率,也体现"能者上、庸者下"的管理意识。
