With the methods of documentary review,questionnaire and interview,the competitive sports in colleges of Jiangxi was reviewed and the development trend was analysed.The result can provide basis for the development model of the training of competitive talents by multiple channel and provide the example to the innovation of college sports and competitive sports in the economically underdeveloped areas.The results are as follows: The aim of the competitive sports in colleges of Jiangxi has been changing from traditional linear type to diversification and innovation type;The management system has been changing from "linear type" to "system of association,socialization,autonomy";The local regulations lack and the management system need to be improved according to the local situation;The coaches need to change from proficiency in a particular line to the specialized,scientific,integrated;The model of study and training must change from mutual contradiction to mutual promotion;The competition mechanism must change from promoting training by practice to using match replacing training;The source of funds must change from school appropriation only to multiple channel;The science and technology services of competitive sports must be strengthened.%运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对江西省高校竞技体育进行回顾,分析其发展走向。研究结果表明：江西省高校竞技体育发展目标由传统直线型向多元化创新型转变;管理机构由＂直线型＂向＂协会制、社会化、自主化＂方向发展;管理的地方性政策法规缺失,亟待根据省情完善管理制度建设;教练员队伍从＂一技之长＂向＂专业化、科学化、综合化＂方向转变;学训模式从相互矛盾向相互促进的方向发展;竞赛体制从＂以训促练＂转向＂以赛代练＂;经费由单纯学校拨款向多渠道筹集训练经费转变;逐步实现竞技体育科技服务＂从无到有＂的转变。
