Systematic and intensive study of social justice by scholars home and abroad has achieved a lot as social development has made social justice a practical learning among the academic circles.At present,study of socialist justice with Chinese features mainly focuses on the ideological origin,foundation of implementation,fundamental contents,major values and basic principles.Thus a comprehensive review will deepen the study of socialist justice with Chinese features.%随着社会的发展,社会公正研究逐渐成为了学术界所关注的显学,学者们对社会公正进行了较为详细、系统、深入的论述和研究,成果颇丰。对当前中国特色社会主义公正理论的研究主要涉及中国特色社会主义公正理论的思想渊源、实践基础、基本内容、重要价值以及基本原则等的相关研究,对其进行综合评述可以推动中国特色社会主义公正理论研究的深入。
