以R2O-Al2O3-SiO2体系中的高碱铝硅酸盐玻璃为研究对象,分别利用显微硬度计、表面应力仪、固体材料动态性能测试仪、高精度膨胀仪以及导热系数仪,探究了不同K2O/Na2O对该玻璃系统力学性能(维氏硬度、弹性模量)、热学性能(线膨胀系数、导热系数)等物理性能的影响.研究结果表明,当保持碱金属氧化物R2O总摩尔含量不变,随着K2O/Na2O的增加,玻璃的硬度先增大后减小;弹性模量、膨胀系数和导热系数受到混合碱效应的影响均呈现非线性变化.%High alkali aluminum silicate glass in the system of R2O-Al2O3-SiO2was studied using machines of micro hardness tester,surface stress meter FSM-6000LE,solid material dynamic performance testing instrument,high precision expansion instrument and conductivity instrument.The mechanical properties (Vickers hardness and elastic modulus) and thermal properties (linear expansion coefficient effect of thermal conductivity and other physical properties) were researched at different radios of K2O/Na2O. The results show that the Vickers hardness, elastic modulus, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity presented a tendency of nonlinear change with the increase of K2O/Na2O when keeping the total molar content of alkali metal oxide was constant,which were affected by mixed alkali effect.
