三相混合整流器直流电压控制与能效优化策略

         

摘要

三相混合整流器电压控制方法通常采用传统PI控制,其控制参数依赖精确的数学模型,自适应能力差,鲁棒性低,影响整流器稳态与动态性能,对此,提出一种改进的基于二次型性能指标单神经元自适应PID算法,并结合负载电流前馈控制的混合整流器电压控制策略.该电压控制策略在带载启动、突加或突减阻感性负载,系统稳态精度和抗干扰能力优于传统PI控制策略.为提高混合整流器电能变换效率,提出了调控整流器输入电流波形,改变功率配比,达到系统损耗最小的方法实现整流器运行能效最佳.计算机仿真结果表明,所提出的电压控制策略有效,能效优化方法可行.%The traditional PI control method is generally applied in the three-phase hybrid rectifier of DC bus voltage control.The PI control parameter tuning depends on the accurate mathematical model,and the poor adaptive ability and robustness when the system is disturbed affect the steady and dynamic performance of the control system.An improved single neuron adaptive PID controller based on the quadratic performance index(QPI)learning algorithm combined with the load current feedforward control strategy is put forward to satisfy the hybrid rectifier requirements.The voltage control strategy can effectively improve the system stability and anti-interference ability better than PI control under the condition of system starting with resistance-inductance load or the load sudden change at run time.A method of adjusting input current waveforms of the two parallel rectifiers to select input power ratio for minimizing the loss of the hybrid rectifier is proposed to optimize the input power for improving the energy efficiency of the system. The computer simulation results show that voltage control strategy is effective,and optimizing the energy efficiency method is feasible.
