In this paper,the model of the consumer's electricity cost and the degree of dissatisfaction is established considering the restrictions on the operating time and power of the appliances and the charge or discharge of the electric vehicles.The scheduling of appliances is formulated as a discrete non-convex optimization problem.The start time,the operating power of the appliances,and the charge or discharge of the electric vehicles are optimized using the bacterial colony chemotaxis (BCC) algorithm,which achieves the peak load shifting.The efficiency of the BCC algorithm is demonstrated in the simulation.%本文通过考虑用户对用电器运行功率和工作时间的要求以及对电动汽车充放电的约束,建立用户用电花费和不满意度的模型,将家用电器优化调度问题建模为同时含有连续变量和离散变量的非凸优化问题.采用细菌群体趋药性优化算法,对用电器的运行功率和开始工作时间以及电动汽车的充放电功率进行优化,实现削峰填谷的目的.仿真结果表明了细菌群体趋药性优化算法的有效性.
