大型熔窑中垂直搅拌对玻璃液均化效果影响的数值模拟研究

         

摘要

熔窑内高温玻璃液的均匀性是用于衡量成形玻璃液质量的重要指标.本文采用ANSYS软件中的Fluent模块,对玻璃液前进流在卡脖中垂直搅拌器附近区域的流动情况进行了数值模拟研究,对比了是否施加垂直搅拌器对玻璃液流的影响.通过对添加粒子的运动轨迹进行数理统计和归纳的方式来研究搅拌器对玻璃液均化效果的影响.研究结果表明:粒子在搅拌器的作用下,水平方向和垂直方向均有较大程度的偏移并增大了互混程度.本项工作从数理统计的角度,对比了搅拌器对玻璃液均化效果的影响,提供了一种玻璃液均化效果的评价方式.%The homogeneity of high temperature glass melts in melting furnace is an important index to measure the quality of forming glass.In this paper, the ANSYS Fluent module is used to simulate the flow of the progressive glass near the vertical stirrers in the furnace waist, and to calrify the influence of vertical stirrer on glass flow.The homogenization effect of the stirrer on the glass is studied through the mathematical statistics and induction of the trajectory of the added particles. The results show that the displacements in the horizontal and vertical directions and the degree of mixing of particles are greatly increased.From the point of view of mathematical statistics, the effect of the vertical stirrer on homogenization of glass is studied and a method of evaluating homogenization effect of glass melts is provided.
