纳米GeO2在空芯光纤中的化学气相沉积

         

摘要

By changing the distance between the high temperature section and the cooling section to reduce the particle size ofpolycrystalline germanium dioxide to about 0.1 μm,we havegreatly improved the transmitting capability of hollow-core fibers.And the transmission loss has been successfully reduced to 0.SdB/m.So we have eliminated additional scattering loss caused by relatively bigger particle of polycrystalline germanium dioxide.%采用调节高温区与冷却区距离的方法,使多晶GeO2介质膜的颗粒度降低到0.1μn左右,提高了光纤的传输能力,将光纤的传输损耗降低到0.8dB/m以下。
