%From the Five Dynasties up to the Song Dynasty, the concept of Five Sects, which refers to the five Zen schools:the Wei Yang sect, the Lin Ji sect, the Cao Dong sect, the Yun Men sect and the Fa Yan sect, slowly emerged in Zen literature.
