积极心理学视野下高校心理健康课程教学的反思与实践

         

摘要

积极心理学是20世纪末兴起的以研究人的美德和潜力,并帮助所有人获得幸福为目标的重要的心理学力量,它超越了消极心理学,成为当代心理学研究的核心价值。在积极心理学导向下,通过在高校心理健康教育课程中开展体验法、案例法、团体活动法等教学实践,对增强大学生积极情感、塑造大学生积极人格、促进大学生人际和谐等进行了积极探索。%The rise of positive psychology is the end of the 20th century to human virtue and potential, and to help all people get happiness as a goal of important psychological strength, it transcends the negative psychology, becomes the core value of the study of contemporary psychology. Under the guidance of positive psychology, through the teaching , such as the experience method, case method and group activities method in the mental health education course in colleges and universities, we explores the ways to strengthen college students' positive emotions, shape college students' positive personality and promote college students' interpersonal harmony and so on.
