国家实施西部大开发战略以来,陕北资源型城市依托矿产资源开采,不仅摘掉了国家级贫困地区的帽子,而且主要经济指标从陕西后列排在前列。然而,随着资源的过度开采,陕北资源型城市却陷入了资源濒临枯竭,经济发展后劲不足的困难局面。因此,陕北各级政府只有通过选择和培育接续产业,积极采取各种应对措施,才能实现陕北资源型城市持续向好发展。%Since the implementation of Western Development Strategy,depending on exploitation of mineral resources,the resource-based city of Northern Shaanxi has not only got rid of the title of ＂state-level poverty-stricken area＂,but also ranked ahead from behind in its main economic indicators in Shaanxi province.However,with the overexploitation of resources,the resource-based city of Northern Shaanxi has bogged down to a dilemma of exhaustion of resources and constraint of economic development.Therefore,the governments at all levels in Northern Shaanxi have to select and breed new economic growth points and actively take all appropriate measures in order to achieve the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable
