Researches into figures in history of the Chinese Communist Party continue development since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, characterizing greater research positions, wider scope of research, deepening research content, increasingly multiple research perspectives, diversified research methods, and significantly enhanced research level. Later researches in this field will develop in depth on this basis.%十六大以来，中共党史人物研究呈继续发展的态势，研究阵地不断壮大，研究范围逐步扩大，研究内容日益深化，研究视域日趋多元，研究方法日益多样，研究水平明显提高。今后，中共党史人物研究将在此基础上，进一步向纵深发展。
