With the rapid development of our economy and the deep propel of rural urbanization, land re- sources in production life is very scarce. Land expropriation involves multi - stakeholder, for the loopholes in our institution, such as the land ownership is not clear, it may resulting in endless emerging of the rural land expro- priation violence. Through learning the experience of foreign developed countries, this paper puts forward the public interest principle from some countermeasures and Suggestions such as to improve our land acquisition sys- tem.%随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化进程的深入推进，土地资源在社会生产生活中显得尤为稀缺。土地征用涉及到多方利益主体，由于我国土地所有权的权属不明确等制度上的漏洞，导致农村土地征用暴力事件层出不穷。我国的土地征用制度可借鉴国外发达国家的经验，须严格界定公共利益，制定科学合理的补偿标准。
