Hiring college graduates to work as village officials is a new phenomenon for the current histori- cal phase. To establish more efficient motivational system and better role for these officials, this paper conducted behavior interviews based on competency model and summed up into six competencies and ten characteristics for college students to sufficiently work as village officials. On this basis, combining with national professional standards, this paper proposes a working framework to construct professional standards for college graduates working as village officials from three respects, detailing professional status quo, basic demands and professional demands. Accordingly, stabilizing a new occupation for college graduates to work as village officials.%选聘大学生村官,是我国新的历史时期出现的新现象。为了建立良好的激励机制,改善大学生村官的角色和地位,我们引进胜任素质模型,采取行为访谈法,分析得出大学生村官的六大胜任素质和十项胜任特征。并在此基础上,结合国家职业技能标准,从职业状况、基本要求和工作要求三方面提出构建大学生村干部职业标准的雏形。以便将大学生村官作为一项职业稳定下来。
