常规档案是开展本科教学合格评估的基础和依据,在评估中发挥着重要作用。同时,随着合格评估工作的展开,新建本科院校在档案建设与管理方面的问题也暴露无遗。因此,新建本科院校应以合格评估为契机,采取应对策略和措施,逐步优化和规范常规档案的建设管理,使其更好地为教育教学和合格评估工作服务。%Theory courses are required curriculum to the students of the major of art and design in the uni- versities, but they didn＇t get enough attention in most of universities. Besides, there are many problems such as： students are not active in learning; they do not have enough attention to it; and the traditional testing methods are not qualified to achieve the purpose of testing their learning effect.
