我国肉类食品行业发展迅速。我们选取河南双汇投资发展股份有限公司、四川高金食品股份有限公司等8家上市公司,结合2008年-2010年财务报表数据,通过因子分析这些公司的市场绩效得分及其排名,针对我国肉类食品行业企业的未来发展和食品质量安全问题,认为我国肉类食品行业应以食品质量安全保障为生产经营的第一前提,加强并发挥核心企业的能力,建立利益一体化的供应链合作伙伴关系,建立先进的信息系统,发展信息化产业经营管理。%This paper chooses a few typical companies of meat food industry, and uses the financial report data from 2008 to 2010 to analyze the market performance score and ranking by the factor analysis, and summari- zes the key factors that affect the companies development. It provides some propositions such as taking the food quality safety insurance as the first premise of production and operation, enhancing the core enterprises ability, building the supply chain partnership with the integrated benefit and the advanced information system, and devel- oping the management and administration of the informatization for the enterprises development of the meat food industry in the future based on this and the enlightment from the event of the Henan Shuanghui ＇lean meat powder＇.
