Lust murder is a special type of homicide. The traits of it includes ： Selected victims （ Ideal Victim Type）; Undercover and continuous offences; Connection between cases; Cruelty of killings. Modem techniques shall be adopted to investigate such cases. Meanwhile, relevant law and regulation shall be legisla- ted. The incentives leading to abnormal psychology shall be eliminated. Function of Community shall be em- phasized. Psychological intervention and mental correction needs to be applied to special group.
