The assignment reduction and approximation reduction are proposed in inconsistent interval-valued information systems based on dominance and equivalent relations. Moreover, relationships between them are discussed, respectively. Furthermore, judgement theorem and discernibility matrix are obtained, from which approaches to knowledge reductions can be provided in inconsistent interval ordered information systems.%在优势-等价关系下区间值目标信息系统中，首先描述了分配约简和近似约简的概念，随之给出了二者之间的关系，相继讨论知识约简的判定定理以及对应的辨识矩阵，提出在优势-等价关系下的区间值目标信息系统分配约简的详细计算方法。
