催化固体基质室温磷光测定痕量砷

         

摘要

A new catalytic methods for detection the of As(V) has been designed. It is based on the fact that As (V) could catalyze H2O2 to oxidize F-ol and decreased RTP signal of F-ol sharply. After adding tween-80 in the system, its ΔIp enhanced 7.7 times than that without Tween-80. Under the optimum conditions, the linear dynamic range of this method was 0.016-11.2 ag spot-1 with a detection limit (L.D.) of 2.3 × 10-17 g.mL -1. This sensitive, simple and selective method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace As(V) in human hair and tea samples. And the reaction mechanism for SS-RTP is discussed.%基于Tween-80能增敏富勒醇(Fullerol,简称F-ol)在硝酸纤维素膜(NCM)上可发射强而稳定的室温磷光(RTP),F-ol可被H2O2氧化而发生RTP猝灭,As(Ⅴ)能催化H2O2氧化F-ol的反应,导致F-ol的磷光信号剧烈猝灭,比无Tween-80时的ΔIp增大7.7倍,且As(Ⅴ)的含量在0.016~11.2(ag spot-1)范围内与ΔIp值呈线性关系,据此建立了Tween-80增敏As(Ⅴ)氧化F-ol催化固体基质室温磷光法(SS-RTP)测定痕量砷的新方法.在最佳条件下,本方法线性范围为0.016~11.2ag spot-1,检出限(L.D.)为2.3×10-17g·mL-1.该方法灵敏、简便、选择性好,并成功用于人发和茶叶中As (V)含量的测定.同时探讨了SS-RTP测定 As (V)的反应机理.
