采用文献资料法、访谈法、比较分析法、数理统计法等，对闽南师范大学近五届体育教育专业毕业生就业现状及影响因素进行探究，旨在分析和解决体育教育专业毕业生就业问题，并提出相应的对策与建议：加强大学生就业指导工作，建立健全完善本科生导师制，鼓励大学毕业生创新创业，大力推进教师教育课程改革。%Utilizing the literature information method, and interview method, and compared analysis method, and mathematical statistics method, the paper explore the employment situation and influencing factors of the P.E. graduates of the Minnan normal university, aimed to analyze and solve the P.E. professional graduates employment problem, and proposed corresponding of countermeasures and recommends: strengthening university graduates employment guide work, establishing sound University undergraduate mentor system, encouraging University graduates innovation venture, and vigorously advancing teachers education courses reform.
